NEW YORK, NY — Hosts from major morning shows came together to celebrate Deborah Roberts and her new book, “Sisters Loved and Treasured,” on Tuesday, October 21. The event highlighted the strong ties of sisterhood as well as the support shared among the hosts from NBC and ABC.

Among the attendees, Savannah Guthrie expressed her excitement on social media, stating, “Thrilled to celebrate @debrobertsabc latest future best seller on the power of sisterhood!! Sisters Loved and Treasured in stores now!” Her Instagram featured a group photo that included herself, former “Today” co-anchor Hoda Kotb, and Roberts.

Roberts, a prominent figure in ABC News, discussed themes from her book during a segment on “Good Morning America” (GMA). “When I read a study that said sisters are good for your emotional wellbeing, I thought, I want to explore this,” Roberts said. “Over the years, you grow older, but I wanted to get at the root of that bond. There really is something that holds us together in good times and bad.”

Deborah was accompanied by four of her six sisters during her GMA appearance. Her husband, Al Roker, shared his efforts to celebrate her book’s release by preparing a family dinner that included lasagna. Roker posted on social media, showcasing his culinary skills and expressing his support for Roberts.

Roberts thanked Roker for his support in the comments, saying, “So appreciate and love you!” The event and subsequent online interactions highlighted the meaningful connections formed both within families and among colleagues in the television industry.
