Jack Schlossberg Democratic National Convention

Jack Schlossberg, the grandson of former President John F. Kennedy, made a notable appearance at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday.

During his speech, Schlossberg praised Vice President Kamala Harris, saying she embodies the energy and vision of his grandfather. He referred to Harris as a leader for the new generation, drawing parallels to JFK’s ideals.

The 31-year-old, who is also a Democratic delegate for New York, has been gaining attention recently. He was named a political correspondent for Vogue earlier this year, where he shares his thoughts on TikTok and Instagram.

In his talk at the convention, Schlossberg shared photos on Instagram, including a touching moment with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, reminiscent of JFK’s historic photo alongside a young Pelosi.

Reflecting on the current political landscape, Schlossberg expressed concern about the potential consequences if Donald Trump were to win the election again. He highlighted issues such as healthcare and voting rights that he believes are at risk.

As the convention progressed, prominent figures including former President Barack Obama prepared to speak later in the evening, following speeches from other well-known Democrats.
