Jennifer Lawrence Discusses Upcoming Boob Job After Baby No. 2
LOS ANGELES, CA — Jennifer Lawrence is preparing for a breast augmentation surgery in November, following the birth of her second child earlier this year. In a recent interview published on October 27, the 35-year-old actress opened up about her changing body and her decision to undergo the procedure.
Lawrence, who shares her children with husband Cooke Maroney, said that while she experienced minimal changes after her first pregnancy, things were different after the second. “Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one. Second one, nothing bounced back,” she explained.
With plans to film a nude scene in the spring, Lawrence is eager to expedite her recovery from the surgery. Even if she weren’t an actress, she would still consider the procedure. “Maybe I wouldn’t be hustling to the appointment in the same way,” she said. “But I think yes.”
In the interview, Lawrence also discussed her cosmetic practices. While she engages in Botox treatments, she avoids fillers because they tend to show on camera. She mentioned that while she has not opted for a facelift yet, it’s a possibility for the future. “Believe me, I’m gonna!” she declared.
Lawrence further opened up about the impact of motherhood on her life and career. During a press conference at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival in May, she stated, “Having children changes everything, it changes your whole life. It’s brutal and incredible.” She acknowledged that becoming a mother influences her decisions about work and has enriched her emotional depth as an actress.
Currently promoting her film “Die My Love,” in which she portrays a mother dealing with postpartum depression, Lawrence reflected on her connection to the character she plays. “I had just had my firstborn, and there’s not really anything like postpartum,” she said, highlighting the isolating experience that many new parents face.
The continuing evolution of Lawrence’s career and personal life remains a topic of interest among fans and critics. As she prepares for her upcoming surgery and film projects, her reflections on motherhood and the entertainment industry resonate with many.
