Katseye Girl Group Debut Tour Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — The popular girl group Katseye celebrated a major milestone this weekend as they kicked off their nationwide tour in Minneapolis. The group, made up of Sophia Laforteza, Lara Rajagopalan, Daniela Avanzini, Yoonchae Jeung, Megan Skiendiel, and Manon Bannerman, has captivated fans, dubbed Eyekons, across the country.

The tour comes on the heels of their recent success with the brash second single from their sophomore EP, Beautiful Chaos. The group is nominated for best new artist and best pop duo/group performance at the upcoming awards ceremony. Earlier this year, they gained attention with a viral music video that demanded they take their talents on the road.

To ensure the tour matches their rising prominence, creative director Humberto Leon collaborated with stylist Katie Qian to design standout outfits that celebrate each member’s personality while maintaining a cohesive look. “We wanted to celebrate their duality,” Leon stated in a recent interview with Vogue.

Leon and Qian sourced custom pieces from brands like Guvanch, Brooklyn’s LVDF, and Adidas, including custom boots that enhance the group’s stage presence. Before their tour launch, the girls took a moment to speak with Vogue about their fashion choices and experiences in the music industry.

Katseye is quickly solidifying their place in the pop landscape, and their Minneapolis concert is just the start of what promises to be an exhilarating tour full of excitement and creativity.
