Michelin Guide Reveals 16 New Restaurants in NYC for 2025

NEW YORK CITY, NY — The Michelin Guide has unveiled its 2025 list of new recommended restaurants in New York City, adding 16 new entries this month. The guide, known for its esteemed recognition of dining establishments, has raised the anticipation among culinary enthusiasts eager to discover the latest gastronomic hot spots.
Among the notable additions is Cafe Commerce, a revival of the beloved West Village institution that has relocated to the Upper East Side. Chef Harold Moore is back in action, featuring a contemporary American menu infused with French and Italian influences. Diners can look forward to fan favorites like sweet potato tortellini alongside daily specials and classic dishes such as beef carpaccio and steak Diane.
Michelin inspectors also highlighted Chalong, a Southern Thai restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, characterized by its shared plates and inviting atmosphere.
