Missing Sydney Couple: Police Seek Celebrity Blogger Turned Cop In Investigation

A search is underway for NSW Police officer Beau Lamarre in connection with the disappearance of Luke Davies and Jesse Baird, a couple from Sydney. Baird, a former Ten presenter, and Davies, a flight attendant, were last seen on Monday in Paddington.

Prior to joining the police force, Lamarre was a celebrity blogger who interacted with Hollywood stars such as Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and Miley Cyrus. His past encounters with celebrities include moments with Lorde, Harry Styles, Miranda Kerr, and more.

Lamarre’s involvement in the investigation stems from his previous relationship with Baird, and police believe he could provide valuable information to assist in the case. Despite his past as a blogger, there is no indication of his involvement in the couple’s disappearance.

Back in 2020, Lamarre was in the spotlight after a video of him using a Taser during an arrest surfaced. The incident led to an internal inquiry, but he was later cleared of any misconduct. Lamarre’s diverse background as a blogger turned police officer adds a unique angle to the ongoing search.

Items belonging to Davies and Baird, including bloodied clothes, were discovered in Cronulla, while a significant amount of blood and signs of a struggle were found in Baird’s residence in Paddington. The authorities are keen to speak with Lamarre to gather further insights into the mysterious disappearance.

Friends and colleagues of the missing couple, along with associates from Qantas and Studio 10, have expressed shock and concern over the situation. As the investigation intensifies, the focus remains on locating Lamarre and piecing together the events leading up to the disappearance of Davies and Baird.
