Devara Part 1 Movie Scenes

Devara: Part 1,” starring famed Telugu actor Jr NTR in a dual role, has premiered in cinemas worldwide, eliciting mixed reviews from audiences. Fans of Jr NTR, also known as “Man of Masses,” largely lauded him for his compelling performance, while some viewers expressed dissatisfaction with the film’s predictable storyline in the latter half.

In their initial reactions, moviegoers took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to voice their opinions. Renowned film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel described the film’s first half as “SOLID,” praising the pre-interval segment as particularly impressive.

One user, Munendra Singh, labeled “Devara” a “visual spectacle,” commending its action sequences, performances, and storyline. “It’s a must-watch for all cinema lovers,” he remarked.

Another user, Vignesh, enthusiastically commented, “Devara isn’t just a film; it’s an event,” highlighting the film’s epic scale and emotional depth, claiming it transports the viewer into a saga.

Conversely, some reviews were less favorable. A post from Filmyindian expressed disappointment, dubbing “Devara” a “KING-SIZED DISAPPOINTMENT” and criticizing it as a missed opportunity after Jr NTR’s success in the blockbuster “RRR.”

Venky Reviews offered a balanced critique, describing the film as “a passable action drama.” While acknowledging a strong first half, the review noted the second half dragged and became predictably dull before the pre-climax.

Directed by esteemed Telugu filmmaker Koratala Siva, “Devara: Part 1” is set in the 1980s-90s and features a storyline about a courageous man from a coastal area undertaking a dangerous mission to protect his community. The film also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Shruti Marathe, Srikanth, and Shinde Tom Chacko in key roles.
