Chiba, JapanTiMi Studio Group and Capcom unveiled the trailer for the upcoming mobile game, Monster Hunter Outlanders, during the Tokyo Game Show 2025. The game is set to launch a closed beta test in November, inviting select players to explore its new features and immersive environments.

Producer Dong Huang stated, “Fans at Tokyo Game Show will be among the first to try the game, but this is just one aspect of the game’s many features. With the first closed beta coming in November, we are currently working hard so that players can experience the game’s many appealing features. Please stay tuned for more details!”

The newly released trailer introduces a mysterious island, Aesoland, where players can hunt various monsters and utilize enhanced weapon types in gameplay. Additionally, Capcom producer Genki Sunano commented, “I believe that this title has great potential. We’re thrilled for fans to jump in and experience the franchise in a new and exciting way.”

The closed beta recruitment has commenced, allowing players to sign up on the official Monster Hunter Outlanders website for a chance to participate. The beta is designed to gather player feedback and improve the game’s systems and performance before its official release.

With an emphasis on multiplayer experiences, Monster Hunter Outlanders promises engaging gameplay, encouraging teamwork among up to four players. The event at Tokyo Game Show features a demo where attendees can experience the game firsthand.

In addition to familiar hunting mechanics, new Adventurer characters will accompany players, each with unique skills useful for exploring the diverse ecosystems of Aesoland, where a special mineral named Radiantite plays a critical role. The trailer also highlights a variety of crafting functions and world exploration.

Monster Hunter Outlanders is being developed for iOS and Android, with its closed beta test set for November. Further details on system requirements and gameplay features are expected as the launch date approaches.
