The outage is characterized by several error messages. The mobile app is also affected, displaying a “Sorry about that. There was an error loading content” message.

Reports of the outage were first noted on services like Down Detector, which received over 40,000 reports within an hour before Reddit officially updated its incident page. Despite some users being able to access certain pages sporadically, the majority are experiencing significant disruptions.
