The couple saw potential in its position and embarked on a major renovation to realize their vision.

Gutting the interior and rearranging the floorplan, the Semaans aimed to create an ideal family home for their four children, incorporating light-filled spaces with natural sunlight. “We wanted it to be light and bright with lots of natural sunlight,” Elissa added. The kitchen and dining areas extend to outdoor spaces equipped with a pool and firepit, perfect for hosting large family events. “Because of the way it’s designed, there are lots of little breakout spaces,” Elissa noted, expressing satisfaction with hosting up to 120 guests without a sense of crowding.
