Roger Stone Suggesting Armed Guards At Voting Centers

Recently released video footage has revealed controversial comments made by Roger Stone, a former advisor and close associate of Donald Trump. In the undercover video, Stone suggested the deployment of ‘armed guards’ endorsed by Trump at locations where votes are being counted. This statement was made during an event titled ‘A Night with Roger Stone’ in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was secretly recorded by documentarian Lauren Windsor.

Stone’s remarks were in response to a question about how to prevent Democrats from ‘stealing’ the election. He advocated for obtaining court orders and bringing in armed guards to contest any removal from voting centers, specifically referencing a conspiracy theory about the 2020 election in Detroit‘s Huntington Place. This theory, which has been debunked, alleged that workers at the ballot-counting center were attempting to manipulate the election outcome.

Stone also expressed strong dissatisfaction with former Attorney General William Barr, who had stated that the Justice Department found no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election. Stone called Barr a “traitorous piece of human garbage” and a “piece of s**t,” and suggested that Barr should be imprisoned once Republicans regain power.

Roger Stone has a history of controversy, having been sentenced to 40 months in prison for obstructing official proceedings, lying to Congress, and witness tampering. However, he was pardoned by Trump just ten days before he was due to begin serving his sentence.
