Renowned Swedish pop-rock band Roxette, known for their chart-topping hits in the 1980s, is set to make a comeback in Australia in 2025 as announced by frontman Per Gessle.
After the passing of lead singer Marie Fredriksson five years ago, Per Gessle is reigniting the band’s energy and legacy with a heartfelt Australian tour scheduled for 2025.
The tour, a tribute to Roxette’s enduring impact, will commence at Kings Park & Botanic Garden in Perth on March 5, 2025, before traveling to major cities such as Melbourne, Sydney, Wollongong, Adelaide, and Hobart, concluding with outdoor shows at A Day On The Green in Hunter Valley and Mount Cotton.
Fans can anticipate an electrifying showcase of Roxette’s greatest hits, all penned by Per Gessle, promising to deliver the band’s unmistakable flair on stage.
Joining Roxette on select tour dates will be iconic acts including Jon Stevens and Boom Crash Opera, adding an extra layer of excitement to the nostalgic concerts.
