5 Seconds of Summer Announces 2026 World Tour in Support of New Album
Los Angeles, CA – 5 Seconds of Summer has announced a massive world tour for 2026 to promote their upcoming album, “Everyone's a Star!” The tour will kick off in Europe in March before reaching North America in late May.
The North American leg starts on May 29 in Uncasville, Connecticut, and wraps up on August 28 at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. Among the notable stops are the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Following their North American shows, the band will return to their native Australia for additional performances.
In conjunction with the tour announcement, 5 Seconds of Summer released their new single, “Telephone Busy,” from the album slated for release on November 14. This album marks the band’s first since 2022’s “5SOS5.” Calum Hood, a member of the band, expressed excitement about the project in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
“There needs to be a part of you that can see it — that can see you playing those huge shows, that can see this album being a huge success,” Hood said. “Your mindset needs to be there. You want to be planning for it, for sure. But there’s also a part of you where it’s like, ‘Reality is not fully up to you.'”
Fans can expect full ticket information soon, as the band gears up for what promises to be an exhilarating tour experience.
