Severe Thunderstorm Strikes Pecos and Terrell Counties
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for areas in Pecos and Terrell counties in Texas, as a powerful storm system moves across the region.
The storm, currently moving eastward at a pace of 30 miles per hour, has been producing quarter-sized hail and damaging wind gusts of up to 60 mph, posing a significant threat to the local residents and properties in its path.
Residents are being urged to seek shelter immediately, preferably indoors on the ground floor of a sturdy building, and to avoid windows during the storm’s passage.
