In 2022, video descriptions of jobs emerged as a popular trend in the hiring process. This appealed to the younger generations who prefer visual and interactive content. Team Me has capitalized on this by incorporating videos into their platform, giving candidates a sneak peek into what it is really like to work at a company.

Currently, Team Me primarily works with tech companies, ranging from small startups to larger corporations. They are now looking to expand their operations overseas, with a particular focus on the UK and US markets. Some of their notable clients include Payoneer, HiBob, and Mend.

The founders of Team Me bring a wealth of expertise to the company. Yotam Tzuker, a seasoned entrepreneur, was the CEO of Tech7 and has a passion for HR. Maayan Blech, an award-winning director, brings his creative skills to the table, having worked with major brands such as Nespresso and Coca-Cola.

The recent investment round of $450,000 led by Fusion VC and a group of angels will be used to further develop Team Me’s platform and expand their client base. Their goal is to continue helping companies effectively communicate their culture and attract the right talent.
