Victoria, 51, expressed pride over their long-lasting relationship, stating, “We’ve had so much thrown at us. People said it wouldn’t work—26 years!” She emphasized that through tough times, they have always come together to weather the storms, saying, “We’ve just ridden the damn storm.” David, 50, echoed her sentiments in his recent Netflix documentary, “Beckham,” reflecting on how hard it was to see Victoria in emotional pain.

The rumors about an affair began in 2004 when Loos claimed she had a four-month relationship with David while Victoria was away. Since then, Loos has consistently maintained her story, asserting, “I have stuck to the truth. I’ve never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing.”

Victoria described that period as the most difficult of their marriage, sharing, “It felt like the world was against us. And here’s the thing: We were against each other, if I’m being completely honest.” In the documentary, David shared, “I don’t know how we got through it… Victoria’s everything to me.”

While both have publicly defended their bond, Rebecca Loos stated in an interview that coming forward with her story was brave and necessary. Victoria and David, who married in 1999 and share four children, have learned to ignore rumors and stay focused on their family.
