Goyal, accompanied by his wife, Grecia Munoz, donned the familiar Zomato delivery uniform and rode a bike to deliver food orders. Photos shared by the CEO on Instagram depict the couple engaged in various tasks typical of delivery agents, such as navigating to delivery addresses and interacting with customers.

The images and accompanying captions generated a wave of responses online. Many praised Goyal for his hands-on approach to understanding the challenges faced by Zomato’s delivery personnel.
