Starbucks Unveils New Summer Menu Flavors for 2025

SEATTLE, Wash. — Starbucks is set to launch its highly anticipated summer menu on May 20, 2025. The coffee giant has revealed exciting new items inspired by popular flavors, promising to refresh customers as the warm months approach.

Among the new offerings is a Shaken Espresso inspired by horchata. This drink blends cinnamon and vanilla for a light and refreshing summer sip. Employees shared that it will feature an all-new horchata base.

Returning to the menu are Starbucks’ beloved boba drinks. The Summer-Berry Refreshers, tinted blue, will once again feature raspberry-flavored popping boba. This drink was a hot topic among baristas and customers when it first launched in 2024.

Last year’s Refreshers included variations such as the Summer-Berry Refresher, Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher, and a mix with coconut milk called the Summer Skies Drink. All three will return to the 2025 summer lineup, much to the delight of fans. The Summer Skies Drink gained popularity and became a favorite last year.

Additionally, Starbucks will introduce a new cake pop flavor: Strawberries & Cream. According to employees, this treat will have a strawberry cake base topped with buttercream, joining the existing flavors of Cake, Chocolate, and Cookies & Cream.
