Limp Bizkit Returns with New Song ‘Making Love to Morgan Wallen’
LOS ANGELES, CA — Limp Bizkit has made a comeback with their first new song in four years, titled “Making Love to Morgan Wallen.” The release marks the band’s return to the music scene since their 2021 album, Still Sucks.
The track, which has sparked curiosity due to its provocative title, features frontman Fred Durst rapping lines like, “I make this motherfucker diamond-plated / Making love to Morgan Wallen in an elevator.” This particular lyric has left fans questioning its meaning—whether Durst refers to a literal encounter with Wallen or something more metaphorical.
The song opens with Durst expressing vulnerability, saying “Damn, I miss you, Chester / Sending love from a bass compressor,” a nod to the late Chester Bennington of Linkin Park. It also includes references to the band’s history with Napster and a line about getting kicked out of the Trump Resort.
While there’s no official word yet on whether “Making Love to Morgan Wallen” initiates a new album cycle, it has been released in conjunction with EA Games for the upcoming Battlefield 6 video game. The game’s trailer also features a remix of Limp Bizkit’s classic hit “Break Stuff.”
Fans have been intrigued by the new material, especially after a recent social media tease involving influencer Kristina Rybalchenko, who shared a video of herself drumming along to the song.
It remains uncertain if a full album is on the horizon, as the band has stayed relatively low-key following their previous album’s release.
