Alexis Ffrench to Feature on Strictly Come Dancing Results Show

In an enthralling part of the popular BBC series ‘Strictly Come Dancing,’ renowned classical and soul musician Alexis Ffrench has been announced as the star guest for the upcoming results show on Sunday evening. The musician’s involvement will provide an additional highlight alongside the anticipated dance-off and group performance by the professional dancers.

This week marks the conclusion of Movie Week on Strictly, a time when fan excitement peaks each year. This particular week tested the talents of the remaining contestants, save for the injured Nick Knowles, with results that varied widely. Some participants presented their finest routines to date, while others struggled to stay afloat at the leaderboard’s bottom.

Notably, Tasha Ghouri, the former Love Island finalist, and her professional partner Aljaz continue to impress. They claimed the top spot on the leaderboard for the second consecutive week with a standout performance on a Barbie-themed number, earning a score of 34 out of 40. Meanwhile, three couples tied for second place just a point behind, and four other couples earned scores of 30 out of 40, placing them in the middle of the standings.

Unfortunately, one contestant had a less triumphant night and, despite surviving a dance-off, is currently regarded as the frontrunner to be eliminated this week, having earned a low score of 15 out of 40.

Alexis Ffrench’s involvement in the Sunday evening show comes as no surprise to those familiar with his illustrious career. Ffrench, a reputed British composer, producer, and pianist, has seen his music streamed over 500 million times. Known for topping the Classical music charts twice, he has worked with prominent fashion brands such as Miyake and Hugo Boss and collaborated with music industry notables like Paloma Faith and Marvin Humes.

In anticipation of his performance, Ffrench recently revealed on Instagram his collaboration with famed DJ Trevor Nelson for a new album titled “Classical Soul.” His inclusion in the results show aligns perfectly with the Music Week theme, particularly given his extensive experience in composing film scores.
