Bollywood actor Parvin Dabas, known for his roles in films such as “Monsoon Wedding” and “Khosla Ka Ghosla,” has been admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) at Holy Family Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai, following a car accident. The incident occurred in the suburbs during the early hours of September 21, as reported by the Press Trust of India (PTI), with confirmation from Dabas’s family.

In a statement issued by Preeti Jhangiani, Dabas’s wife, she expressed that her husband, who is also the co-founder of the Pro Panja League, is currently recuperating under medical supervision. “We regret to inform you that Parvin Dabas has been hospitalized and is in the ICU following an unfortunate car accident. Details of the incident are still emerging, but we can confirm that Mr. Dabas is receiving medical attention,” the statement read.

Both Dabas and Jhangiani are involved in the arm-wrestling competition, the Pro Panja League, and the league’s management is closely monitoring the actor’s condition, according to Jhangiani’s statement.

Parvin Dabas, a Delhi-born actor, recently appeared in Tahira Kashyap’s film “Sharmajee Ki Beti” and the second season of a popular series. Over the years, he has been recognized for his performances in various English and Hindi films, including “The Perfect Husband,” “Maine Gandhi Ko Nahi Maara,” and “The Unseen World.”
