Call of Duty Season 5 Introduces Final Zombies Map and Hidden Song

LOS ANGELES, CA — Season 5 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has officially launched, bringing with it the much-anticipated final Zombies map titled Reckoning. Released on August 7, 2025, this update marks the conclusion of the current storyline as attention shifts to the upcoming Black Ops 7.

The update includes a variety of new content, including multiplayer maps, game modes, and a Battle Pass filled with over 100 items. Players are particularly excited about the hidden Easter egg song featured in the Reckoning map.

To unlock the new Zombies song titled ‘Remember Us,’ players need to find three hidden blue headphones styled with fuzzy ears. These headphones can be collected in any order during gameplay. Once all three are found, the song will play. The first headphone is located in the Mutant Research Lab area, near a dead zombie.

Players can proceed to the Pack-a-Punch area, use the Anti-Grav Personal Launcher, and move through the Dark Aether Entity Containment area to find the second headphone on a zombie sitting in a chair. The third and final set will be located in a cabinet behind the Director’s desk in the Director’s Office.

This Easter egg challenge can only be attempted once per match, adding an extra layer of excitement to the gameplay. Developers Treyarch have infused these hidden elements to enhance the player’s experience and enrich the Zombie lore.

The Season 5 update also features a new Battle Pass, divided into several pages, with a mix of free and premium tiers available. Players will be able to unlock various rewards through Battle Pass Tokens, and the BlackCell premium version offers exclusive rewards for a real-money purchase.
