Coldplay Concert Presale Tickets

Coldplay fans expressed concern on social media as confusion surrounded the presale tickets for the band’s upcoming tour. Presale tickets were scheduled to be available at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, yet numerous fans reported issues accessing them via Ticketmaster.

Social media platform X showcased various comments from users who were unable to view the presale option on the Ticketmaster website. One user questioned, “Can you tell me why the Ticketmaster website isn’t showing presale option when clicking on the presale code link?” This sentiment was echoed by others encountering similar technical issues.

Reassurance was provided by a fellow Ticketmaster user, who noted that the page was expected to update at 9 a.m. for presale access. Ticketmaster also confirmed in an email that users should wait until 9 a.m. BST, at which point the link would redirect appropriately to the presale tickets.

The presale offer was available to those who had pre-ordered Coldplay’s new album, “Moon Music,” from specific Coldplay stores by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24. Those eligible were expected to receive an email with a presale code to be used on Ticketmaster’s platform.

Meanwhile, general sale tickets are set to become available at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 27. Ticketmaster hasn’t confirmed exact pricing details, but prior experiences suggest tickets may range between £57.75 and £195.25 for Wembley Stadium shows.

Coldplay announced that 50% of their tickets for performances in Hull would be allocated to local residents, with a presale exclusive to those with postcodes beginning with HU, YO, DN, or LN.

The British band is set to return to major venues next summer, including Wembley Stadium and Craven Park, following the release of “Moon Music” on October 4. The album will feature collaborations with artists such as Little Simz and Burna Boy and is anticipated to draw significant attention, both musically and in terms of ticket sales.
