Community Gathers For Prayer Session In Support Of Beloved Radio Personality Zanele Mbokazi

Community members, family, and friends are set to come together in a heartfelt show of support as they host a prayer session for the renowned Ukhozi FM presenter and founder of the prestigious Crown Gospel Music Awards, Zanele Mbokazi. The news of Mbokazi’s critical health condition has sparked a wave of solidarity within the community.

The prayer session, scheduled to take place at the Sandton Assemblies of God, is expected to commence at 4 PM. This event, organized by gospel artists in partnership with the Crown Gospel team, aims to unify individuals from all walks of life in a collective display of support for Zanele Mbokazi.

ZiMoja, the PR manager for Mbokazi, Sinenjabulo Mdluli, expressed that the prayer session is intended to provide a platform for all Christians and stakeholders to stand in solidarity with Zanele during her challenging time. Mdluli further shared that Mbokazi, who is currently undergoing medical treatment, may attend the session based on her health condition and how she feels.

It has been reported by local media sources that Zanele Mbokazi, a beloved host of the gospel show ‘Eshilo’ on Ukhozi FM, was hospitalized after experiencing a loss of voice and difficulty breathing while on air in the studio.

The prayer service is expected to be graced by the presence of prominent gospel artists such as Benjamin Dube, Solly Mahlangu, Sipho Makhabane, and Rebecca Malope. Additionally, well-known Metro FM presenter Thami Ngubane is anticipated to serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
