Conner Leavitt’s Support Shines as Whitney Competes on DWTS

Los Angeles, CA – Conner Leavitt is turning heads as the devoted husband of Whitney Leavitt, who is competing on the popular show ‘Dancing With the Stars‘ (DWTS). Every week, Conner can be seen in the ballroom, wearing themed T-shirts and costumes to cheer on his wife as she pursues the Mirrorball Trophy.
Following Whitney’s latest performance, Conner took to TikTok, emotional and proud. “I am so proud,” he said, adding, “Sedona’s gonna grow up believing that no dream is too big. Whitney, this feels like the start of something massive for you.” The October 14 episode will feature Conner joining Whitney and her professional partner, Mark Ballas, on the dance floor for Dedication Night.
Fans first met Conner during Season 1 of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.’ Since then, he has become a fan favorite on DWTS, although he is not a competitor himself. Viewers have enjoyed his genuine affection for Whitney, learning more about their love story, family, and struggles.
Whitney and Conner officially began dating in 2015, after meeting years earlier in Georgia while she was on her Mormon mission. Their connection deepened during a double date when their friends canceled, leaving Whitney and Conner to explore their chemistry. They married in August 2016 and celebrated their ninth anniversary this past August.
In a heartfelt social media post, Whitney expressed her love, saying, “I can’t imagine ever loving anyone the way I love Conner. Through everything we’ve faced, we’ve always come out stronger, side by side.” Conner, who works at a hedge fund with managers based in Dubai, revealed he enjoys the flexibility of working from home.
The couple has three children: daughter Sedona, born in November 2019; son Liam, born in December 2021; and son Billy Gene, born in October 2024. Liam faced challenges shortly after birth, being hospitalized with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). Whitney faced backlash for a TikTok video during that time, but she defended her decision, stating she aimed to uplift herself while her son was recovering.
Conner has opened up about his past struggles with porn addiction, revealing it affected their relationship. He admitted to having a Tinder account during their marriage. Whitney, defending Conner amid speculation about his sexuality, insisted their relationship remains strong.
During Season 2 of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,’ Conner courageously revealed his experience with childhood sexual abuse, sharing insights about healing and resilience. He remarked, “Those experiences shaped me but don’t define who I am today. What matters is how we grow, how we find resilience, and how we support each other moving forward.”
