Fabricators Supply Invests $2.6 Million in West Point Expansion

Jackson, Miss. (March 4, 2025) — Fabricators Supply, a custom machining and metal fabrication company, announced its expansion in West Point, Mississippi, with a $2.675 million investment that will create 15 new jobs.
The expansion will enhance the company’s capabilities by adding advanced laser fabrication to their existing range of services, which includes drilling, pressing, milling, and plasma cutting. Established in 2001, Fabricators Supply began with five employees and has since grown into a key player in the region’s manufacturing sector.
“Fabricators Supply’s expansion is a testament to the fact that ‘Made in Mississippi’ is a stamp of excellence,” Governor Tate Reeves said. “I thank the Fabricators Supply team for its commitment to our state and for creating more than a dozen new employment opportunities for the people of Clay County.”
The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) is supporting the project with assistance from the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive, or MFLEX, program. Additional backing comes from the Clay County Board of Supervisors and the city of West Point.
“MDA is eager to support our local businesses as they invest right here at home, showing other companies that Mississippi is an optimal place to do business,” said MDA Executive Director Bill Cork. “Our pro-business government, access to domestic and international markets, and skilled workforce help companies like Fabricators Supply to succeed without needing to look beyond our state lines.”
Joe Max Higgins, CEO of Golden Triangle Development LINK, also expressed his support for the expansion. “By adding enhanced laser fabrication capabilities, they’re strengthening their position in the market while creating new job opportunities for the skilled workforce in West Point and Clay County,” Higgins said.
With this expansion, Fabricators Supply reinforces its footing in the region’s growing advanced manufacturing sector, contributing to the local economy’s resilience and development.
