Los Angeles, CA – Apple TV+ has released a teaser for its much-anticipated series, Pluribus, created by Vince Gilligan, known for his work on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The show is set to premiere with its first two episodes on November 7, 2025.

The teaser features Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka, a best-selling author whose world takes a turn when a viral event causes a drastic change around her. While everyone becomes unnervingly happy and content, Carol finds herself unaffected and questions her reality. The teaser depicts Carol in various scenes, including driving a police car and having a tense phone conversation with a government official.

In the teaser, a mysterious spokesperson assures Carol, “We are here for you. Rest assured, Carol, we will figure out whatever makes you different.” In a candid moment, Carol responds, “What the f***?” showcasing her frustration and confusion about her situation.

Gilligan describes the premise as unique, stating, “The world’s most miserable person is desperately trying to save the planet from happiness.” He suggests that while the storyline may not provide direct answers about Carol’s immunity, it offers both drama and humor.

Alongside Seehorn, Pluribus stars Karolina Wydra and Carlos-Manuel Vesga, with guest appearances by Miriam Shor and Samba Schutte. The show consists of nine episodes, releasing weekly after the initial premiere.

As excitement builds for Pluribus, audiences are eager to explore its themes and unravel the mystery of Carol’s journey in a world turned upside down by relentless happiness.
