LA Galaxy Announce Star Wars Night for Saturday Match Against Real Salt Lake

CARSON, Calif. (May 30, 2025) – The LA Galaxy will hold a themed Star Wars Night during their home match against Real Salt Lake at Dignity Health Sports Park on May 31 at 7:30 p.m. PT. Fans can expect a variety of special events and activities throughout the evening.

The first 10,000 attendees will receive a limited-edition LA Galaxy x Star Wars Joseph Paintsil bobblehead. Fans can pick up their gifts at the Item Pick-Up Booth behind SoccerFest before halftime by using their bobblehead ticket pack.

SoccerFest will feature appearances from iconic Star Wars characters, face painting for kids, and a meet-and-greet with New Rockstars. Additionally, artistic toy photographer BLKSRS will showcase a themed display.

To set the mood, DJ Vick One will perform an early pregame set as part of the Sounds of the Galaxy, presented by Soonhari. Fans can also visit the Team Store, which will feature Star Wars apparel, including shirts and scarves as part of the Merch of the Match.

The LA Galaxy Foundation will hold an auction for a special Joseph Paintsil Jedi Bobblehead from 3:30 p.m. until the 75th minute of the match. After the game, fans are invited to the AMEX Stadium Club for a DJ set by ROSKO Beats until 11 p.m.

For a smoother entry, Dignity Health Sports Park has a clear bag policy, and fans are encouraged to avoid bringing bags. All tickets and parking are digital and can be accessed via the LA Galaxy App or AXS App.

Fans using public transportation can take advantage of Galaxy Express, which offers free, non-stop shuttles from Del Amo Station and Harbor Gateway Transit Center. The shuttle service starts at 6:00 p.m. and runs every 10 minutes until the 15th minute of the match.

Supporter sections ACB, GLX, LARS, OTLZ, and STAND will be on alert, as gear from visiting teams is prohibited. Concessions can be ordered through the LA Galaxy App or purchased from walk-up stands inside the venue.

As for on-field action, Real Salt Lake heads into this match looking to end a six-game winless streak and improve upon their current record of 4 points from 12 matches. The Galaxy has a historical edge in the series, leading with 25 wins against RSL’s 21.
