Garmin Unveils Fenix 8 and Enduro 3 Smartwatches
Garmin has officially launched its new flagship smartwatches, the Fenix 8 and Enduro 3, enhancing its reputation for high-quality outdoor wearables. The Fenix 8, starting at $999.99, features a built-in speaker and microphone, allowing users to make phone calls and issue voice commands directly from their wrist.
The Fenix 8 offers two display options: a vibrant OLED display or a solar charging display for extended battery life. The OLED model is available in three sizes—43mm, 47mm, and 51mm—while the solar variant can be found in 47mm and 51mm sizes. The estimated battery life for the solar models reaches up to 48 days, making it an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts.
Among the new technologies featured in the Fenix 8 are advanced strength training plans, diving capabilities, and a redesigned mapping interface. Additionally, Garmin has improved the solar charging functionality, which now delivers enhanced efficiency.
The Enduro 3, priced at $899.99, also incorporates similar updates, including the flashlight feature and the Garmin Messenger app. With a focus on ultra-endurance athletes, the Enduro model is designed to last up to 320 hours in GPS mode, depending on usage conditions.
