Ghost Of Tsushima Director's Cut Coming To Pc With Exciting Features

Announced to the delight of fans, another PlayStation exclusive game is making its way to PC! Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR’S CUT has been confirmed for release on May 16th. This move marks a positive trend of console games branching out to PC platforms.

Nixxes, a renowned porting studio, has been assigned the task of bringing this title to PC. With a strong track record of successful ports, Nixxes assures players of advanced PC features such as ultrawide support, NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3, Intel XeSS, Steam Input support, and a nod towards compatibility with portable gaming devices like the Steam Deck.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut takes place in a stunning feudal Japan setting. Players assume the role of protagonist Jin Sakai, a samurai warrior faced with protecting his homeland of Tsushima against a Mongol invasion. The storyline challenges Jin to redefine his beliefs and strategies as he seeks help from new allies and old friends in his fight for the island’s survival.

While there are no system requirements revealed yet, the hope lingers for Ghost of Tsushima to run on Steam Deck. Previous Nixxes ports have boasted around 30FPS on the Steam Deck, but the scenario will differ on Desktop Linux PCs. Valve is expected to extend the necessary support through Proton compatibility to rectify any potential issues.
