LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Amazon Prime Video has released new photos from the highly anticipated third season of Robert Kirkman‘s superhero series “Invincible.” The images reveal Mark Grayson‘s updated black and blue costume, the introduction of the villain Powerplex, and the return of fan-favorite characters, including Mark’s half-brother Oliver, who becomes the hero Kid-Omni-Man.
The new season, set to premiere on Feb. 6, follows Mark Grayson (voiced by Steven Yeun) as he recovers from his battle with Angstrom and prepares to face the looming threat of the Viltrumites. Under the supervision of Cecil Stedman (Walton Goggins) of the Global Defense Agency, Mark pushes the limits of his growing strength, but tensions between the two lead to a betrayal.
Returning characters include Battle Beast and the Mauler Twins, while Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons) encounters Allen the Alien (Seth Rogen) in captivity. The season also introduces new dynamics and challenges for Debbie, Eve, and other key figures in Mark’s life.
The series boasts an all-star voice cast, including Sandra Oh, Gillian Jacobs, Andrew Rannells, Zazie Beetz, Mark Hamill, Chris Diamantopoulos, Sterling K. Brown, and more. Season 3 will debut with a three-episode premiere, followed by weekly releases of the remaining five episodes until March 13.
