Jaclyn Cordeiro Inspires Women Through Fitness and Empowerment

Toronto, Canada — Jaclyn Cordeiro, Canadian fitness trainer and model, is making waves in the fitness community with her programs like JACFIT and the 5AM Club. For years, Cordeiro has supported countless women in achieving their health goals while promoting a balanced lifestyle.
On Thursday, she shared a powerful message on social media about women’s empowerment. “She believed she could. So she did. And then she turned around and helped the next woman to do the same,” she wrote, emphasizing solidarity among women.
Cordeiro, also a writer, motivational speaker, dietitian, and certified medical nurse, regularly shares uplifting quotes that resonate with her clients, who are primarily women. She expressed her gratitude to those supportive friends who joined her fitness programs during the pandemic, stating, “Thankful for my besties.”
In addition to her fitness endeavors, Cordeiro has previously worked with former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, helping him lose weight after his retirement from Major League Baseball in 2016. The couple has been together for over two years after meeting in 2022 and kept their relationship quiet until Rodriguez shared a family photo with Cordeiro and his two daughters in December of that year.
Both Cordeiro and Rodriguez are parents to two daughters each from previous marriages. Rodriguez shares daughters Natasha and Ella with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, while Cordeiro has Bella and Savanah with ex-partner Laureano Cordeiro. In recent months, both families vacationed along the Mediterranean coast and celebrated Thanksgiving together.
The pair was spotted attending a Minnesota Timberwolves game with their daughters. Rodriguez, along with business partner Marc Lore, has a 20% stake in both the Timberwolves and the Minnesota Lynx and is on the verge of becoming the majority owner after a successful legal battle against current owner Glen Taylor. The anticipated price for the remaining stakes is set at $1.5 billion.
As Rodriguez continues to expand his business ventures post-baseball, Cordeiro is committed to growing her fitness brand and living as an independent entrepreneur and mom.
