Among JetBlue’s busiest routes are those that allow for coast-to-coast connections, emphasizing its commitment to the Northeast corridor and its strong presence in Florida and Caribbean gateway markets. The airline operates 526 monthly flights between Los Angeles (LAX) and New York-JFK, a key market that serves as a hallmark of JetBlue’s brand.

JetBlue’s focus on the premium travel segment continues with significant routes such as New York-JFK to San Francisco (SFO) and Boston to Los Angeles (BOS-LAX). Boston has emerged as JetBlue’s principal transcontinental hub, which reflects in the frequency of flights, including 500 monthly services from Boston to Washington National (DCA).

With over 430 flights connecting Boston and New York-JFK, the airline is strategically positioned to facilitate passenger connections for international travel, particularly towards Europe and the Caribbean. JetBlue also maintains routes that cater to regional markets, reinforcing its commitment to serve local travelers, with flights from Buffalo to New York-JFK and Boston to Pittsburgh.

JetBlue’s reach into Florida remains significant. Notably, New York-JFK to Orlando is the airline’s third-busiest route, providing nearly 83,000 seats monthly as part of its sunbelt strategy. Other popular routes include Boston to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, confirming the vital role Florida plays in JetBlue’s operational network.

The airline further supports its Caribbean connections through routes like Orlando to San Juan and New York-JFK to San Juan, ensuring integration of its offerings to meet the travel needs of the Puerto Rican diaspora.

JetBlue is not limiting itself to established corridors. Emerging routes from cities like Nashville to Boston and Raleigh/Durham to Boston showcase its intent to tap into business centers that offer long-term growth potentials.
