Katseye Internet Girl Announcement Concert

INGLEWOOD, California — The girl group Katseye will release their new single, “Internet Girl,” at midnight on January 2, 2026, marking the start of the new year with a fresh track. This announcement comes just weeks after the group’s North American tour, where they showcased the song for the first time during their concerts.

Katseye debuted the song during their “Beautiful Chaos” tour in November 2025. A preview video featuring lyrics like “Eat zucchini” and “Do you read me?” was shared on social media and quickly went viral, amassing over 2.5 million views on X.

The group’s official account confirmed the release timing, stating that fans can expect the new track at 12 AM ET on Thursday. Katseye is managed by HYBE and Geffen Records and made history as the first girl group from HYBE to debut in the United States in June 2024.

The group was formed through the YouTube audition show, “The Debut: Dream Academy,” and their rise has been meteoric. Last year, Katseye made their mark on the Billboard Hot 100 with their single “Gnarly” and reached No. 31 with another hit, “Gabriela.”

At the upcoming 68th Grammy Awards on February 1, the group has been nominated for Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their song “Gabriela.” The anticipation surrounding “Internet Girl” reflects the strong fan engagement Katseye has developed through their music and performances.

With energetic dance-pop sound and playful lyrics, “Internet Girl” is described as a fan-favorite track, expected to capture the attention of listeners as it explores themes of online presence and interaction. Katseye’s charismatic performances and vibrant choreography have made the song a highlight of their recent shows, and fans are eager to see how it performs upon release.

As Katseye prepares for their next chapter in 2026, the release of “Internet Girl” is anticipated to be a significant milestone in their ongoing success story.
