Levi’s Stadium Implements New Entry and Parking Procedures for Events
Levi’s Stadium, home to various major events including sporting matches and concerts, has announced new entry and parking procedures for all future events. The stadium management urges guests to review the newly implemented guidelines before attending an event.
One significant change is the requirement for all guests above the age of two to have an event ticket to enter the stadium. Re-entry after admittance is not permitted. Attendees should have their mobile tickets ready to scan at the stadium entry gates. The ticket barcode must be visible, regardless of the ticket type. The stadium will no longer email or provide printable tickets; attendees must display their mobile tickets on their phones for entry.
The Visa Box Office, located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F, will be open for walk-up ticket purchases. Additionally, will call services for ticket pick-up will also be available at the Visa Box Office. The stadium management advises fans to arrive early to avoid last-minute gate pressure.
All guests with a parking pass are required to have a valid event ticket or credential in addition to the pass to park in designated stadium lots. Prepaid parking passes should be downloaded beforehand and added to mobile wallets for a quicker parking process. Limited day-of parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in certain lots. The stadium is transitioning to a cashless parking system and will only accept credit cards for event day transactions.
Regarding tailgating, the stadium permits this activity in specified areas only. The use of any items must comply with the stadium’s tailgating definition, which includes tables, chairs, canopies, barbecues, grills, and more. Tailgating will cease after the start of the event.
Levi’s Stadium follows a strict bag policy, allowing only approved clear bags that do not exceed the size of 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Bags that do not comply with this policy will need to be returned to the owner’s vehicle. The stadium management does not offer a bag check service.
For security reasons, all individuals and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Fans with medical bags or necessary items must have them inspected and receive a wristband or sticker as proof of inspection. The stadium advises fans to arrive early to avoid any potential gate pressure.
A variety of public transportation options are available to guests attending events at Levi’s Stadium. The Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) offers increased train service from designated stations. Caltrain and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) operate regular weekend schedules, providing convenient transportation options for fans. Capitol Corridor and ACE also provide transportation services for stadium events.
Lastly, the stadium takes great pride in providing services for guests with disabilities. A courtesy shuttle service is offered from several parking lots, and wheelchair assistance is available upon request. Accessible seating and companion seating can be arranged through the Visa Box Office. The stadium encourages guests to contact their Mobility Assistance Team to arrange wheelchair services.
Levi’s Stadium remains committed to enhancing the overall experience for all attendees while maintaining the highest level of safety and security.
