Meagan Good Stands by Jonathan Majors Amid Legal Troubles

New York, NY – Meagan Good has expressed her unwavering support for her husband, Jonathan Majors, despite the controversy surrounding his recent legal troubles. During an appearance on the ‘Tamron Hall Show,’ the couple discussed their relationship amidst the public scrutiny following Majors’ conviction for assaulting a former girlfriend in 2023.
Majors, known for his role in ‘Creed III,’ was sentenced to probation and required to complete a one-year domestic violence intervention program. The couple, who sparked dating rumors in May 2023 and confirmed their engagement in November 2024, emphasized how these challenges have brought them closer together.
‘We actively choose to spend this time healing, we actively choose to go to therapy, we actively choose to confide in each other and have real conversations that will be life-changing,’ Good said. ‘Ultimately in that became love.’
Majors echoed her sentiments, stating that despite being engulfed in controversies, his feelings for Good remain clear. ‘A part of my heart and a part of my spirit is attracted and is being called to this other person,’ he shared.
Earlier this year, Majors opened up about the changes he has undergone since his legal issues began, crediting Good for helping him recognize the importance of connection over isolation. ‘There is a need to have support and help, and you have to help and support yourself – your full self,’ he explained. ‘Am I whole now? Nowhere close. But there’s an understanding that I’m not whole now.’
The couple continues to navigate their relationship amidst the challenges, focusing on healing and mutual support as they move forward.
