PM Modi Transfers 17th PM Kisan Installment in Varanasi, Grants Certification to Krishi Sakhi Groups

Prime Minister Modi, during his visit to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, transferred the 17th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to 9.26 crore beneficiary farmers.

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government provides financial assistance to farmers. Beneficiaries receive an annual aid of Rs 6,000 in three installments of Rs 2000 every four months.

The 17th installment was released on June 18, 2024, following the formation of Modi 3.0 government.

The previous installment, the 16th, was disbursed on February 28, 2024, from Yavatmal district, Maharashtra.

Those eligible for the scheme need to ensure they receive the financial support and can check their beneficiary status using a simple process.

To check the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiary status, visit the official website and navigate to the Farmers Corner section.

Click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ link and provide details like Aadhar number, bank account number, or mobile number to check your payment status.

Through this scheme, farmers are provided direct financial support to their bank accounts linked to their Aadhar cards to ensure financial security and assistance.
