Princess Charlene of Monaco has captured attention with her diverse wardrobe choices throughout this month, featuring a variety of styles ranging from casual knitwear to chic suits. On Friday evening, she arrived at the Place du Casino in Monaco for a notable occasion, donning a pastel pink houndstooth coord from the esteemed designer Emilia Wickstead.

The event marked the symbolic illumination of Monaco’s Casino Square in pink, a tradition led by the Pink Ribbon Monaco association. The lighting ceremony signifies the commencement of ‘Pink October,’ an international campaign aimed at raising breast cancer awareness. Princess Charlene, serving as the Honorary President of Pink Ribbon Monaco since January, took part in this significant affair dressed in an appropriately themed pink two-piece suit.

In her role with Pink Ribbon Monaco, a charity active since 2011, Princess Charlene wore Emilia Wickstead’s ‘Nics’ jacket and ‘Mara’ dress. She completed her elegant look with black Manolo Blahnik slingback pumps and diamond stud earrings. The South African-born royal, who is known for her evolving style, showcased her honey-hued hair in an angular bob, a notable change from her long-standing platinum blonde pixie cut.

Since becoming the Honorary President of Pink Ribbon Monaco, the royal has been committed to women’s health initiatives. Royal enthusiasts expressed their admiration for Princess Charlene’s participation in the event, with comments appearing on the Palais Princier de Monaco’s Instagram page. “As a healthcare professional, I congratulate this beautiful endorsement,” wrote one fan, while another described the event as “an incredible evening for such a worthwhile cause.”

Besides Princess Charlene’s involvement in health-related causes, her fashion choices continue to draw comparisons to style icons like Victoria Beckham. Recently, she attended various high-profile events, including the inauguration of the new Charles III College and the 100th anniversary celebration of AS Monaco FC.
