Popular professional video gamer Tyler Belvins, widely known as Ninja, has disclosed a recent diagnosis of skin cancer, a revelation that has shocked his legion of followers.
The 32-year-old gaming sensation, formerly recognized as Twitter, took to social media to share the news of his skin cancer diagnosis, which came following a routine dermatologist appointment arranged by his wife.
In his heartfelt post, Belvins revealed that a mole on his foot was flagged during a checkup, leading to the discovery of melanoma. Fortunately, medical professionals are optimistic that the condition was caught in its early stages, offering hope for successful treatment.
Following the initial detection, a biopsy was conducted on another suspicious spot near the melanoma site, with a larger area removed to ensure the eradication of any cancerous cells.
