Rainn Wilson to Host Live Event in Grand Rapids This Summer

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Fans of The Office will have a unique opportunity this summer as Rainn Wilson, known for his role as Dwight Schrute, hosts a live event in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The event, titled A Live Conversation with Rainn Wilson, is set for 7 p.m. on August 14 at DeVos Performance Hall located at 303 Monroe Ave. NW.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 25, and are expected to sell quickly due to Wilson’s popularity and the cult status of the hit series. The evening will kick off with a screening of one of the show’s most iconic episodes, followed by Wilson sharing behind-the-scenes stories from his time on the show. Fans can expect personal anecdotes and insights into his portrayal of the beloved character.

Adding a fun twist to the evening, attendees are encouraged to dress as their favorite character for a Dwight Schrute lookalike contest, with prizes for the best impersonations. For superfans wanting a more intimate experience, a limited number of VIP tickets will be available, granting the chance for a photo opportunity with Wilson after the show.

In addition to his Grand Rapids appearance, Wilson is scheduled to attend Motor City Comic Con from May 16 to 18 alongside The Office co-star Angela Kinsey. Tickets for that event are already on sale.
