HIMOINSA has launched its HGY Series generators in Madrid, which are powered by Yanmar engines and capable of delivering up to 3500kVA for critical power supply. Deutz, a major player in the engine manufacturing sector, has provided an update on its Dual+ strategy during its Capital Markets Day in Cologne. The company announced a cost-cutting program in response to the cyclically-induced decline in demand. Deutz now expects unit sales for the full year to be below 150,000 engines, down from the previous forecast of a maximum of 160,000 engines.
