League Of Legends Season 15 Feats Of Strength

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Riot Games is making significant adjustments to the “Feats of Strength” system in League of Legends as part of the game’s 15th season. The system, introduced to reward players for achieving specific in-game objectives, has already undergone a hotfix following its launch, with more changes expected in upcoming patches.

The Feats of Strength system requires teams to complete two out of three objectives—securing First Blood, destroying the first turret, or defeating the first three Epic jungle camps—to earn the ability to craft Tier 3 boots. However, concerns about early-game balance and player feedback have prompted Riot to remove First Blood as one of the objectives. Lead Gameplay Designer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison confirmed the change, stating it will likely take effect in patch 15.2 or 15.3.

“The decision to remove First Blood stems from its impact on early-game strategies,” Phroxzon explained. “We want to reduce unnecessary pressure and create a more balanced experience for all players.”

In addition to the Feats of Strength adjustments, Season 15 introduces several other updates, including the new Atakhan boss monster, which replaces the Rift Herald. Atakhan offers unique challenges and rewards, encouraging teams to coordinate effectively. Riot has also overhauled the item system, introducing new items and reworking existing ones to provide more strategic options for players.

Beyond gameplay changes, Riot is focusing on improving the overall player experience. Enhanced matchmaking algorithms and improved reporting tools aim to reduce toxicity and create a more inclusive community. These updates reflect Riot’s commitment to maintaining League of Legends as a dynamic and engaging game for its global player base.

Looking ahead, Riot Games continues to expand the League of Legends universe. Following the success of the animated series *Arcane*, the studio has confirmed new shows centered around Noxus, Ionia, and Demacia. Additionally, a League of Legends trading card game is set to launch in 2025, offering players a fresh way to engage with the franchise.

As Season 15 progresses, players can expect further refinements to the Feats of Strength system and other gameplay elements. Riot’s proactive approach to balancing and innovation ensures that League of Legends remains a cornerstone of the esports world and a beloved pastime for millions of players worldwide.
