Sylvester Stallone Tulsa King Memoir

LOS ANGELES, CA — Sylvester Stallone, known for his iconic roles in action films, is making headlines as he prepares for the release of his new memoir, “The Steps,” set to hit bookstores on May 5, 2026. Stallone is also gearing up for the Season 3 premiere of his series “Tulsa King” on September 21.

In a recent interview with The Playlist, Stallone revealed that he had previously pitched an idea for a “Rambo” prequel that would use artificial intelligence to de-age him back to his teenage years. He reminisced about the concept, saying, “Everyone thought I was crazy. AI is sophisticated enough to go through Saigon to see him at 18 years old and basically use the same image. So it isn’t as big a stretch.”

Stallone also shared his thoughts on the upcoming film “John Rambo,” starring Noah Centineo. He acknowledged the challenge for any actor stepping into the role he has made famous, stating, “It’s very, very hard. He may do a stellar job, but you’re overcoming this because I went through it with ‘Get Carter.'”

Another project generating buzz is the making-of drama “I Play Rocky,” which features Anthony Ippolito as the famed boxer. Stallone expressed surprise at the film, noting, “I was shocked to read [about] it. I have zero to do with it.” He had hoped to contribute insights from his experiences but acknowledged that the script is reportedly complete.

His upcoming memoir promises to offer a rich narrative, chronicling his journey from arriving in New York City in 1969 to the success of “Rocky” at the 1977 Academy Awards. The book highlights themes of struggle, creativity, and resilience, capturing the essence of Stallone’s career and the creation of his beloved characters.

As fans await the new season of “Tulsa King,” the anticipation for Stallone’s memoir grows, revealing more about the man behind the legendary roles.
