The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently announced the cut-off marks for the UGC NET December 2023 exam. The UGC NET cut-off acts as a threshold that candidates need to cross in order to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process. Upon clicking the link, a PDF file containing the cut-off marks will open. Candidates can scroll down and find the cut-off for their respective post and category. It is advisable to download the PDF for future reference.

The UGC NET result and scorecard for December 2023 will also be available on the official website. Candidates can obtain their scorecard and cut-off marks by using their registration number and password.

The UGC NET cut-off marks are influenced by several factors, such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates appearing, and overall performance. Candidates who have scored equal to or higher than the cut-off marks are considered qualified. General category candidates need to secure at least 40% in both Paper 1 and Paper 2, while OBC-NCL/PWD/ST/SC candidates need a minimum of 35% to proceed further in the recruitment process.
