Valorant Act 3 April 2025 Updates

LOS ANGELES, April 14, 2025 – Valorant‘s Season 2025 Act 3 is set to launch on April 30 for North America, LATAM, and Brazil servers at 6:00 AM PT, with European and Asian servers following on May 1. Players eagerly anticipate the updates and features that this new act will bring, even as Riot Games remains largely tight-lipped about specific changes.

With prior acts introducing new agents, the absence of teasers this time around suggests that players shouldn’t expect a new playable character in Act 3. Historically, Riot has timed agent introductions to maintain player engagement, and the lack of information indicates players may wait for later updates for new characters.

While players have been enjoying the Abyss map introduced in June 2024, the absence of new maps for the main game mode since then raises speculation. The developers have only rolled out maps for Deathmatch modes, hinting that significant map introductions may not be on the horizon for this latest act.

Instead, energy is focused on smaller updates and quality-of-life changes. Players should prepare for minor tweaks and improvements rather than dramatic overhauls. The confirmed minor details include various bug fixes, user interface enhancements, and anticipated adjustments that aim to bolster the overall gameplay experience.

Riot has hinted the Night Market will return from April 9 to April 29, offering players the chance to acquire discounted weapon skins. The Night Market features unique offerings personalized for each player, providing an opportunity to gain sought-after skins at reduced prices.

As speculation surrounds new features, one new cosmetic bundle, Minima 2.0, is expected to launch around April 17. This deluxe bundle is anticipated to include five new skins without any upgrades or variants, pairing with minor cosmetics like player cards and weapon buddies.

Michaela “Micky” Brandt from Riot Games hinted in recent statements about continued efforts to engage players with fresh content, stressing that while Act 3 may not boast overwhelming new features, each update is vital for enriching player experiences. “We strive to maintain a dynamic atmosphere for our players, and we believe even small tweaks can significantly enhance gameplay,” she said during a recent developer briefing.

As excitement builds, Valorant players are encouraged to keep watch for the official patch notes regarding update 10.07, set to be released on April 15 or 16. These notes are essential for understanding the specific gameplay changes and updates that will accompany the launch of Act 3.

With many fans eagerly mapping out their expectations, marking the launch date for not just new gameplay experiences, but also for updates that could reshape how players engage with Valorant in the coming months will be crucial.
