Witney Carson Jokes About Fans’ DMs for Dance Partner Robert Irwin

LOS ANGELES, CA — Witney Carson, a professional dancer on “Dancing With the Stars,” reacted humorously to fans sliding into her DMs seeking a date with her dance partner, Robert Irwin. Carson, 31, shared her thoughts on Instagram Stories on September 26, where she mentioned the numerous messages she received.

“Girls I love ya, thank you for the applications through somehow my email and flooding the DMs,” Carson wrote. She added that if she could connect all the interested fans with Irwin, 21, she would. “We are currently dancing our lives away so we are unable to respond,” she noted.

Carson, who is married to Carson McAllister and shares two sons, joked that Irwin might deserve his own dating show. “Robert for Bachelor?!” she asked, expressing surprise at the volume of responses she received regarding Irwin’s dating prospects.

On the same day, Irwin, a star on “Crikey?! It’s The Irwins,” posted a TikTok video showing Carson reading through his messages. Although personal messages weren’t revealed, fans in the comments eagerly offered themselves as Irwin’s potential partners.

Irwin shared his dating desires during an interview with E! News, revealing he values genuine kindness in a partner. “That’s so important, to surround yourself with people who are genuinely kind,” he stated after performing on the September 23 episode of DWTS.

Irwin also expressed a desire for someone who can engage with his dynamic lifestyle, saying, “My life is a whirlwind, it’s an adventure. I would love to be able to share that with someone.”
