eSelf AI Enhances Real Estate Experience with 24/7 Virtual Agent

Lisbon, Portugal – Customers of Porta da Frente Christie’s can now access real estate agents around the clock, thanks to innovative technology developed by Israeli startup eSelf AI. This advancement allows potential buyers and clients to engage with the AI agent any time of day, significantly transforming how real estate transactions occur.
CEO of eSelf AI, Alan Bekker, highlighted the technology’s capabilities, stating, “We are not only a face that is moving and speaking while the agent responds to the user, but we also have sharing video and image capabilities.” By employing large language models (LLMs), eSelf AI creates a more visual and engaging experience for users, which Bekker likened to “what movies did for books.”
Porta da Frente Christie’s has implemented eSelf AI’s platform, resulting in an impressive $100 million in sales driven by leads generated through the AI-powered interactions. The firm began live testing the AI agent over a year ago, and CEO João Cília reported “great results” since its implementation. “It is impossible for a physical person to know all of the information regarding these 5,000 properties, but it’s not impossible for AI to do so,” Cília noted.
Customers interacting with the AI agent first provide basic details like their desired city, budget, and number of bedrooms. From this information, the agent can efficiently narrow down listings and even guide prospective buyers on virtual tours, offering comprehensive insights about each property.
This technology addresses the needs of clients across time zones, allowing them to obtain crucial information whenever it suits them. “The AI agent comes in handy when dealing with the 5-hour time difference,” Cília explained, noting that many clients hail from both the U.S. and Brazil.
The AI agent serves to not only alleviate staffing demands for overnight inquiries but also streamlines the property search process for customers. “In a certain way, it replaces the search that they have online,” Cília emphasized, attributing the AI agent’s extensive knowledge for improving service efficiency.
Cília predicts that the use of AI agents will significantly change the real estate landscape. “If we can use it on a large scale in the long-term future or in the medium-term future, it can replace a lot of the physical commercial consultants,” he remarked, suggesting it could lower operational costs in property sales.
