Telangana Intermediate Education Results 2025

HYDERABAD, India — The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the results for the TS Inter 1st and 2nd Year examinations on April 22, 2025, at 12 p.m. The announcement was made by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka at the TSBIE Board office in Nampally, Hyderabad. This year, approximately 9.97 lakh students registered for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE), which were held from March 6 to March 25, 2025.

This year, the overall pass percentage for the 1st year is 66.89%, while the 2nd year achieved a higher pass rate of 71.37%. The results reflect a positive trend, especially given the competitive nature of the examinations. For the 1st year, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 73.83%, compared to 57.83% for boys. In the 2nd year, 74.21% of girls passed, whereas boys recorded a pass rate of 57.31%.

Students can check their results online through the official TSBIE website at tgbie.cgg.gov.in. To access their results, students must enter their hall ticket number and date of birth. The digital marksheets contain key details, including subject-wise marks, total score, and division. It is important to note that these online scorecards are provisional; students must collect their official marksheets from their respective colleges or schools in the following days.

To pass the exams, students are required to score a minimum of 35% in each subject. Those who do not meet this requirement will have an opportunity to improve their scores by taking supplementary exams scheduled for May 22, 2025. Practical exams will also take place in June, and results for the supplementary examinations are expected to be released in July.

The TSBIE indicated that students have shown significant improvements in performance over previous years. In 2024, the overall pass percentage for the 2nd-year students was 64.19%, a jump from 63.49% in 2023. This year’s results suggest a positive trajectory for academic performance in Telangana.

Students have been encouraged to double-check their results and report any discrepancies to school authorities promptly. A dedicated helpdesk is available for inquiries and assistance. Students can contact the TSBIE via email or call the helpline at 040-24655027.

The announcement of the TS Inter results has generated excitement and relief among students and their families across Telangana. With the results now available, students are encouraged to download their marksheets and begin planning for their future educational pursuits.

Overall, the 2025 results underscore a significant achievement for students, particularly highlighting the ongoing excellence exhibited by female candidates in the state.
