John Cho and Alexandra Daddario Star in New Horror-Thriller Inground

Los Angeles, CA — Actors John Cho and Alexandra Daddario will star in the upcoming horror-thriller movie, Inground. Directed by Aaron Katz, known for his film Gemini, the movie has a screenplay written by Dan Dworkin, famous for his work on American Horror Story.
Cho, recognized for his roles in Star Trek and Searching, will appear alongside Daddario, who gained fame from her performances in The White Lotus and Mayfair Witches. The film presents a gripping tale that focuses on a recently divorced father trying to reconnect with his young son.
The plot takes a seemingly simple suburban scenario and turns it into a horrifying experience. According to the logline, the father attempts to build a swimming pool in their backyard, hoping it will help them bond over a long summer. However, what begins as an exciting father-son project quickly transforms into a terrifying nightmare.
Veteran filmmakers Ridley Scott, Michael Pruss, and Sam Roston are producing the movie under Scott Free Productions. They are joined by Joshua Harris and Nathan Klingher from Gramercy Park, who are also financing the film.
Production on Inground is expected to begin in March 2026. With Cho and Daddario leading the cast and a talented creative team behind the project, Inground promises to be a horror film to watch out for in the coming years.
