Laredo College Honors Founder Millicent Slaughter with Memory Bench

LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – Laredo College is honoring the memory of Millicent Slaughter, a key figure in the establishment of the LC Education Foundation, one year after her passing.
Slaughter dedicated 14 years to the college, where she served as the director of donor relations and special projects. She passed away last year at the age of 79.
